My yoga journey started over a decade ago, as a means to find healing and freedom from Trauma and stress.
It was here that i found the love of yoga and life alignment therapies and started to incorporate them into my everyday life.
I often merge my work as a yoga teacher with my love for fibre art and knitting practices, having created unique yoga and yarn sessions as a gateway into creative healing and connection through joy and presence. I am passionate about sustainable fashion, making my own clothing and sourcing yarns that can go back to the earth not landfill!! My yoga and yarn sessions inspire and encourage you to learn the skill of knitting and make your own clothing, so you buy less, go back to simplicity and feel incredible when you wear non toxic clothing made from sustainable and natural materials.

I turned to my mat for deeper healing and in a life-changing way the practice ignited my greatest purpose: to serve and give back to others and create community. From this Mind Body Soul Yoga was born and I've been teaching ever since, creating new offerings and sharing my ideas to uplift others is what I do best.. for nearly 14 years on the mat and inspiring people to live more freely and create moments of joy".
I continue to create weekly yoga practices and facilitate healing through Sanctuary sessions and wellbeing offerings infusing a variety of nourishing life alignment therapies into my yoga classes and yoga journey sessions. My work offers a space for people to retreat and learn the practice of yoga and it’s self healing tools that can be used everyday to release stress, soothe the nervous system, heal trauma and bring the body into a healing response and back to neutrality. All my classes are inspired by the raw imperfect flow of life and so all my classes are taught with a wide-open heart.
My journey through life and passion for yoga has inspired me to create self healing through yoga for others to physically and emotionally reconnect to their bodies and learn how to find peace even where there are challenges.
The practice is simple, connect to yourself. I believe that showing up for yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and to others. I am passionate about encouraging others to move, breathe, feel, and heal on and off their yoga mats-to be able to hold space for yourself as you navigate through the highs and lows of living...
