Class Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up when life gets busy or when you feel under the weather. Please know that I do my best to help and as I am a small solo business owner I hope you understand my requirements for all class bookings and cancellations.
All Class sessions/ workshops/mini retreats and Sanctuary Session bookings need to be secured with payment.
If for any reason after payment you have to cancel Please inform me within at least 48 hrs before the yoga session date in order for your full refund or your booking to be offered / swapped in for another retreat session/Workshop or yoga class set of your choice, please note no refunds after this time can be given.
Class mindfulness
While attending yoga classes / Sanctuary Sessions and workshops please respect the space and the people in it.
Turning mobile phones off or on silent mode to keep the atmosphere from distraction. Being aware that most people are in the class seeking peace and rest, please ensure your energys volume matches this.
Taking shoes off before entering the space to keep our movement and rest space clean.
Looking after all yoga equipment and tools provided.
Shipping/ Delivery
For knitwear, Jewelry and yarn Items these are all packed with great care and sent within at least two days of purchase unless notified otherwise and I send via Royal Mail special delivery tracked shipping ( tracking number can be sent to you and thereafter I am not responsible for Royal Mail / courier delays or strikes.
if you are local to the area you are welcome to a customer pick up for your package to save you on postage. Please message before purchasing if this is the case and I can take off the postage fee.
*Returns
All knitwear, Jewelry and yarn puchases are final and your freedom jewel or knitwear piece will be sent in amauclate condition.
Returns for these are also not accepted for any wear or tear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to help. It is just me and I am a very small business owner.
